Sale of Parc du Petit Prince to Polish group Ptak

A new chapter begins! 12 years after its creation by Jérôme Giacomoni and Matthieu Gobbi, Le Parc du Petit Prince – Alsace has just been sold to the Polish group Ptak.

A huge thank you to the entire park team, who have done a remarkable job since its creation in 2014. Thanks to Thomas Rivière and the Succession Antoine de Saint Exupery for their support from day one.

“Ptak” is a family company founded in the 90s that has evolved from a specialist textile business to commercial property. In 2021, ‘Ptak’ opened its first theme park, called ‘Mandoria’ in Rzgow. With more than 30 rides and attractions, it is the largest indoor theme park in Europe.

This sale gives new impetus to the Little Prince park and its teams. New investments are planned, including roller coasters that could be installed as early as 2026. ‘Thanks to our experience and our passion, we want to make Le Petit Prince park an even more recognised place, one that will attract tourists from all over the world’, Daniel Zieliński, head of the Ptak Group’s leisure division, emphasised in the press release.
